The Dorchester Guest House is a non-smoking, family run, family and pet friendly licensed Guest House situated in beautiful coastal town of Ilfracombe. At the Dorchester you can always be assured of a warm friendly welcome at all times. We are open all year and have private car parking at the front of the house. All rooms are en suite, well decorated, tastefully furnished and cleaned to a very high standard. Each room has a colour TV, DVD player, hairdryer, alarm clock radio and generous hospitality tray. All meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients and with prior notice special dietary requirements can be catered for. We are licensed and so if you should like to take your evening meals with us you can enjoy a drink to accompany it. |

Located in the costal town of Ilfracombe The Dorchester Guest House is a short 5 minute walk from the town centre and only a 5-10 minute walk from the seafront. By car you can get to the golden beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton all in under 10 minutes and Exmoor National Park is under 15 minutes away. Should beaches, beautiful scenery, shopping and walks along the coast path not appeal to you then there is also plenty of golfing, fishing, surfing, horse riding, quad biking and paint balling available locally as well as cycling along the famous Tarka trail which is perfect for both the young and young at heart. All of this makes the Dorchester an ideal touring base no matter what you want from your holiday in North Devon. |
