The Accommodation
At Searock is a third floor studio apartment with stunning sea and coastal views. The apartment is fully equiped and sleeps 2/3 and a travel cot is available upon request. The apartment complex has a wealth of facilities not usually found. There is a large well appointed guest lounge and hallway. On the first floor a wet/storage room with washing and drying facilities and on the third floor there is a sauna, all for guests
The apartment itself is newly refurbished to a very high standard with a modern kitchen area and fully tiled shower room with toilet and hand basin. The studio room is self is very spacious with double windows at the front with those all important coastal views over Capstone hill, Wildersmouth Beach and the Landmark Theatre and Gardens.
Location
Searock is ideally located for evenings out and is within minute's walk of local Restaurants, Bistros and Cafes giving the area a very Mediterranean feel. In fact on the ground floor of Searock is the fantastic Steak House Restaurant. The picturesque harbour is no more than a few minutes walk away. For Directions Please Click Here for Map
Parking
Although there is no parking allocated for Apartment 7 at Searock, a Rover Car parking ticket can be purchased giving unlimited access to most local Ilfracombe car parks and car parks in Morthoe, Croyde, Barnstaple in fact all car parks run by North Devon District Council. This can be purchased on your behalf during booking and costs £18 for 7 days.
Overview
I feel the apartment speaks for itself so take time to check the photographs. Prices for a 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay range from £160 per week in off season to £410 per week peak season. Short breaks may also be available at the rate of £40 per night with a minimum 3 nights. In peak season included in the price is a complimentary meal for 2 at 6 St James a superb local Restaurant (see the web link on our eating out page to find out more about his fantastic quality restaurant).
